With our training offers, we want to support you fully and allow you to acquire the necessary skills for your trade union missions! Indeed, it is important to have a good knowledge of your rights and your ability to act in order to know how to negotiate, convince and impose.
One year before the social elections of March 2024 in the companies and in the Chamber of employees (Chambre des salariés – CSL), our training offers are obviously focused on a good preparation in order to equip you in the best possible way to look for candidates and to carry out an effective electoral campaign. Because of this important deadline, the training catalog runs until July 2023.
Starting in September 2023, the various OGBL professional syndicates will organize special training sessions for the candidates to the social elections.These dates will be communicated to you by the trade union officials of your sector.
The OGBL trade union training is organized by the LLLC (Luxembourg Lifelong Learning Center) – Trade union training of the CSL on behalf of the OGBL.
